Custom Name Tag Medallions
Name tag medallions are small 7/8” military command or company logo medallions that fit on your uniform plastic name tags. You can order any finish: antique brass, antique silver, shiny silver, shiny gold or dual plate gold/silver at the same low price. All name tag medallions include a self-stick 3M backing, so no gluing and therefore, no mess! Each name tag medallion can and usually does include amber drops coating (clear coat).
Step 1
Attach your graphics, concept, or design as a JPEG or PNG in the Quote Form below, send it to us, and we will respond with your completed quote.
Step 2
If you are satisfied with your quote, submit your order with a purchase order, send payment information by calling us at 228-255-8610 with your payment information.
Step 3
We will send you the artwork for review, changes, and or approval.
Step 4
Once you approve the artwork, we will construct the dies and send you a scanned proof sample image of the actual coin for your final review and approval.
